The course covered a ton of really useful topics, from Six Sigma to change management, and I felt like I gained a ton of practical knowledge and skills that I can apply in my everyday work. One thing that really stood out to me was the section on stakeholder engagement, which gave me a lot of insight into how to communicate effectively with different groups and build support for my improvement initiatives. Overall, I'm just so happy that I took this course and would totally recommend it to anyone who wants to take their continuous improvement skills to the next level!
